Convenient Amenities: The hostel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, perfect for staying connected with the digital world. While enjoying the television in the common area, I couldn't help but feel like I was part of a cozy movie night with fellow travelers. The vending machine was a lifesaver, providing quick snacks and refreshments whenever I needed them.
Noisy guests at night.

The hostel's convenient location near Nagai Park made it easy for us to explore all that Osaka has to offer. We enjoyed strolling through the beautiful park, visiting the nearby natural history museum, and even had a picnic with our kids. The hostel's common area and kitchen were clean and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and homey atmosphere for us to relax and meet new friends. We appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
My kids wished there was a play area or a small playground within the hostel premises.

The rooms at Gate 80 in Osaka were super cozy and made me feel right at home. Equipped with fridges and microwaves, I could easily store and heat up snacks whenever I wanted. The shared kitchen was also a big plus for me as it allowed me to prepare my favorite dishes.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I understand that others might not mind it at all.

Title: Enjoyable Stay for Senior Travelers
It would have been even better if the children working there could provide more assistance or guidance specifically tailored to senior guests.

I really liked the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were lovely, with warm colors and comfortable seating areas that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, which I appreciate as a senior woman. The hotel was also easily accessible for someone like me, with smooth ramps and elevators to help navigate around.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there. Maybe a little more guidance or support for us senior folks would have made our vacation even better.

The location was absolutely amazing, with a subway and JR station nearby for easy transportation. And the ramen shop and cafe around the corner were a delightful surprise! The common space was super cool, with retro gaming machines and a PC available for use. The staff were so friendly and always checked in on us, making us feel right at home. The double bed in the dorm was surprisingly comfortable, and the common room had everything we needed - from cookware and kitchen utensils to a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was fantastic, with hot showers, hairdryers, and even Japanese toilets. And best of all, we never had to wait for anything! The one-minute walk to the train station was just the icing on the cake. This place is a gem and exceeded all our expectations.

The decoration of Gate 80 had a cozy and homely feel, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with clear signage and ramps available for those with mobility concerns.
One improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children working there were polite and friendly, there were moments when I could have used some extra support or guidance, especially during check-in and check-out.
